Tim manajemen Sampoerna yang berpengalaman senantiasa menerapkan praktik-praktik terbaik dan sistem kelas dunia dalam mengelola 28.212 karyawan tetap di Perusahaan dan anak-anak perusahaan. Selain itu, Sampoerna juga bekerja sama dengan 38 Mitra Produksi Sigaret (MPS) yang pabriknya tersebar di pulau Jawa dan secara bersama-sama mempekerjakan sekitar 39.200 orang dalam memproduksi produk-produk Sigaret Kretek Tangan (SKT) Sampoerna. Perusahaan menjual dan mendistribusikan rokok melalui 106 kantor penjualan dan distribusi di seluruh Indonesia.

We are looking for Graduate Trainees. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee is a 2-year program where you will experience exciting several assignments with endless opportunity to explore and grow your potential.


Learn and contribute to the core business in COMMERCIAL & MARKETING FUNCTION through numerous on-the-job learning opportunities and various enriching experiences.

  • The Commercial function is a strategic function that is responsible to distribute our products and maintain good relations with our customers. The function is also responsible for strategic sales planning and developing sales innovations.
  • Marketing function constantly thrive to build Philip Morris International and Sampoerna leading brands, always put the consumer at the core of any actions, and execute the best-in-class consumer engagement. Marketing Department leverage effective brand promise and create the best brand journey that adult consumers can experience.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA:
    • Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20
    • Master’s Degree: 3.30
  • Maximum of 2 years work experience
  • Those who are going to graduate in 2023 are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
  • Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
  • Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
